Sanjay Sahay, a former IPS officer and the Founder & Director of TechConPro Pvt Ltd stands as a distinguished figure with a multifaceted career. Having served as the Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) in Karnataka, he boasts a comprehensive 360-degree experience in policing tasks, coupled with a keen interest in staff functions and a fervour for integrating technology across all policing levels. Notably, he is credited with developing groundbreaking technologies such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, Police IT infrastructure, Broadband networking, and a Data Center for the Karnataka State Police. He is an alumnus of Delhi's esteemed St. Stephen's College and an IPS officer of the 1989 batch, took voluntary retirement in March 2020 after 31 years of distinguished service, including roles as Police Chief in three districts and Additional Commissioner of Police in Bangalore City Police.
