Dr. Soni Kewalramani is Gold Medalist and was awarded The Kali Prasad Memorial Research Prize for her Research Thesis from Lucknow University in 2007 as the best research work in the past two years for her PhD in Psychology. Her topic of research was “Emotional Intelligence and Triguna in Management: An Action Research”. She has over fourteen years of teaching experience at University level for Post-Graduate and Graduate students. Her area of research interest are Positive Psychology, Counselling Skills, Psychotherapy, Organizational Psychology and Indian Psychology. She is a Clinical and Spiritual Hypnotherapist from EKAA. At present, she is Assistant Professor at Amity University Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow Campus. She has also taught at National PG College as full-time lecturer and Department of Psychology, University of Lucknow as a guest lecturer. She has twenty-four publications to her credit in various International and Nationally reputed journals, Scopus indexed journals, book chapters and conference proceedings. She has presented her research work at thirty-seven International and National conferences in India and abroad. She has chaired and co-chaired scientific sessions at many national conferences. She is on Editorial Board of different International Journals including Frontiers in Psychiatry. She received letters of appreciation for her training programmes and lectures at Lucknow Metro Rail Corporation, Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Lucknow. She has also been Advisor and Member on the Interview Board of SI in Delhi Police, CAPFs, ASI in CISF Examination, by Staff Selection Commission. She has attended nineteen workshops on various topics like Hypnotherapy, Research Methods, DBT to keep herself updated on latest advancements in her field. She has been invited at over fifty-nine organizations all over India to conduct training, workshops and deliver guest lectures like Family Planning Association of India, Jawahar Bhawan, State Bank of India, CMS, Sampurnanand Karagar Prakshishad Kendra, Lucknow, HAL, Defense Trainings and trainings for Forest Officers to name a few.
